Join us for a multi-art festival of visual and performing arts, including photography, art installations, painting, theatre, short films, live music and dance!
Most events are admission free. Donation boxes in support of The Welcoming, a charity with a vision “of a diverse and inclusive Scotland where everyone feels welcome and can achieve their potential” will be available in all venues.

Utopia – Exhibition Opening

The exhibition will be running until the 4th of April. Open daily, 11:00 to 18:00.

SYN FESTIVAL WORKSHOPS:

SATURDAY 30 MARCH
“Tarantella: the colours of emotions” by Italian Folk Connections in collaboration with Creative Flow.
(Venue: Cheviot room, Pleasance, Pleasance Courtyard, 60 Pleasance, Edinburgh EH8 9TJ)
Part 1: Storytelling workshop (Children 6 years old and above) – 3:30 pm
Part 2: Tarantella dance workshop (all ages) – 4:30 pm

SUNDAY 31 MARCH
‘Songs from the Slavic Balkans – for singers and instrumentalists’ by Chris Elmes and Helena MacGlip. 2-4pm
(Venue: Haddington Place, 1F1, 25 Haddington Place, Edinburgh, EH7 4AF)
